9. Discuss for a possible onetime utility credit of $929.60 at 1408 8th Avenue, Belle Plaine for a major water leak that occurred when the owner was out of state.
10. Review the transient merchant policy for the City of Belle Plaine dealing with a food truck on Main Street for the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting at Nettiannes, 806 12th Street.
11. Discuss for a possible extension a nuisance complaint at 1310 4th Avenue as the owner is waiting on an official bill of sale so the car in question is street worthy.

18. Consideration of a Motion to Enter into Closed Session – Iowa Code 21.5 (1) 1. A governmental body may hold a closed session only by affirmative public vote of either two-thirds of the members of the body or all of the members present at the meeting. A governmental body may hold a closed session only to the extent a closed session is necessary for any of the following reasons:
g. To avoid disclosure of specific law enforcement matters, such as current or proposed investigations, inspection or auditing techniques or schedules, which if disclosed would enable law violators to avoid detection.

20. Possible motion & proposal on actions to be taken from closed session.
21. Consideration of a Motion to Enter into Closed Session – Iowa Code 21.5 (1) 1. A governmental body may hold a closed session only by affirmative public vote of either two-thirds of the members of the body or all of the members present at the meeting. A governmental body may hold a closed session only to the extent a closed session is necessary for any of the following reasons:
i. To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.
