BLAIRSTOWN COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

April 11, 2022

The regular meeting of the Blairstown City Council was held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Davidson, Metz, Mokas, and Hagen. Absent: Becker.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Davidson to approve the Agenda as read. All Ayes.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Hagen to approve the March 14th minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Mokas to approve the March Financial Reports. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Mokas to approve the following submitted and added bills. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Davidson to proceed with Iowa Codification for Ordinance recodification. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to approve a building permit for Joel Thys. All Ayes.

The monthly Maintenance Report was given. Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Metz to approve a bid from Manatt’s for sealcoating. All Ayes.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Hagen to approve Engineering Agreement #4 Amendment. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve the second reading of Ordinance 202: Renaming Water Debt Reduction Fee. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Mokas to waive the third hearing of Ordinance 202. All Ayes.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
