Work Session 

1. CALL TO ORDER – Meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. 

Directors in attendance: Directors Becker, Ludeking, Nolte, Thompson, Upah and Werning. 

A quorum was declared present. 

Also in attendance: Dr. Ewell, Dr. Bieschke, and Mrs. Selk 

2. WORK SESSION TOPICS 

a. FACILITIES AND MASTER PLANNING – Discussion was held on facilities and master planning. 

b. Discussion topics: 

i. Interest in discussing possible facility improvements with architectural companies 

ii. Future planning to improve facilities – space issues at Atkins, drop off and pick up issues, parking 

iii. MS/HS improvements 

iv. Safety and security – all facilities 

v. VPPEL results – sometime after Sept. 13 

No Board action was taken.
