COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

October 4, 2022

6:00 pm

The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, October 4, 2022, at 6:00 pm. Roll Call members present: Hennings, Janss, Kaiser, Monson and Selk. Absent: none. Also Present: Jamey Clemann, City Superintendent. Mayor Mark Andresen called the meeting to order.

Motion made by Janss, second by Hennings to approve the September 1, 2022 minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Motion made by Selk, second by Monson to approve the September 20, 2022 minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Motion made by Selk, second by Kaiser to approve the August and September treasurer report. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Discussion on the Public Hearing from September 20, 2022. The clerk informed the Mayor and Council that no registration or vaccination records have been received by any of the residents. Mike and Sarah McNeal had to comply by October 4. MaKinzie Brecht and Gabrielle Gromley have until October 20 to comply with registration and vaccination records and conditions made to retain their dogs. The mayor directed the city clerk to contact the city attorney regarding Mike and Sarah McNeal non-compliance.

Building permit from Gary Shakespeare was tabled until further information can be obtained.

No motion was made to accept the Water Utility Vendor Agreement for the low income. This will be revisited at a later date.

Motion made by Monson, second by Janss to approve the bills as read. Motion carried. All voted aye.
