BLAIRSTOWN COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS –October 10, 2022

The regular meeting of the Blairstown City Council was held Monday, October 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Davidson, Metz, Becker, Mokas and Hagen.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Hagen to approve the Agenda as read. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Davidson to approve the September 12th minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Mokas to approve the September Financial Reports. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve the following submitted and added bills. All Ayes.

Steve Meyer was present to discuss about possibly building a pavilion on the west side of the ball diamond.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Davidson to approve a liquor license for the Blairstown Legion. All Ayes.

The monthly Library Report was given.

The monthly Ambulance Report was given.

The monthly Fire Report was given.

The monthly Maintenance Report was given.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Mokas to approve Resolution 22-11 Special Sewer Rates. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Metz to approve partial payment Sewer Project Payment #13. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to send a letter to the adjoining property owner of the plotted street south of Chase Street, off of Locust Street going west a letter explaining his driveway on city property. All Ayes.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
