Mayor Boddicker brought the regular meeting to order.

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by Campbell, 2nd by Wendel, approving the agenda, all yes, motion carried.
Consent Agenda and Bill Consent: Motion by Rinderknecht, 2nd by Cross to approve the minutes from October 10,
