NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING. The Mayor and Council welcome comments from the public during the public input time. You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business is at the discretion of the Chair. The audio portion of this meeting may be recorded.

4. A Avenue Storm Drain Repair:
   a. Resolution 999 entering into agreement with Ken-Way to line A Avenue Storm Drain and replace flared ends.
5. Resolution 1000 Approving the annual TIF Debt Certification
6. Resolution 1001 Acknowledging the Fiscal Year Ending 2022 Street Finance Report.
7. Transfer Resolution:
   a. Repeal Resolution 992 Authorizing the City Administrator/City Clerk to make the Appropriate Transfers of Sums and Record the Same in the Appropriate Manner for FYE 2022 for the City of Atkins.
   b. Resolution 1002 Authorizing the City Administrator/City Clerk to make the Appropriate
   Transfers of Sums and Record the same in the Appropriate Manner for FYE 2022 for the City of Atkins.
8. Resolution 1003 Acknowledging the Fiscal Year Ending 2022 Annual Financial Report.
9. Resolution 1004 Approving the Annual Urban Renewal Report (AURR) FY 2021 -2022 for the City of
   Atkins, Iowa.
10. Discussion regarding Atkins City Code Section 92.08 regarding Temporary Suspension of Utility Services
11. Garbage Contract: Discussion regarding proposed agreement
12. Confirm Mayor’s Appointment to the Library Board.
13. Decision: how to proceed to fill a vacancy.
14. Mayor’s, Public Works, and Administrator’s update.
15. Public input for items not on the agenda. Comments are limited to 3 minutes.
