6. A. Discuss for possible approval the second reading of Ordinance 22-15, an Ordinance amending Chapter 50, nuisance abatement procedure and adding a new Chapter 57 Criminal Activity Nuisance to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Belle Plaine, Iowa.
   B. Discuss for possible approval to waive the third reading of Ordinance 22-15, an Ordinance amending Chapter 50, nuisance abatement procedure and adding a new Chapter 57 Criminal Activity Nuisance to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Belle Plaine, Iowa.
7. Police Report: Chief Hudson
   A. Discuss proposal to allow Chief Hudson to carry over 111 hours of vacation time.
8. Discuss the Derby property situation 1111 15th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa. (legal problem)
9. Discuss for possible approval resolution #22-12-01, a resolution to set a public hearing for a CDBG DR Application in preparation of a community development & housing needs assessment.
10. Possible business incentive grants:
    A. Belle Plaine Discount and More at 818 & 820 12th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa. (Commercial Interior Grant.)
    B. Hair Hut at 903 13th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa (Commercial Interior Grant)
11. Discuss for acceptance a final settlement from EMC concerning the 7th Avenue warning system from the derecho.
12. Committee of the Whole
    A. Republic: Do you want to renew or send out bids.
    B. Possible water supply engineering report updates.
13. City Administrator’s Report: Update on projects. What we know about the Well #6 Filter?
14. Mayor’s Report: Meetings attended & court case update.
15. Correspondence: Bio Cell Letter

18. Consideration of a Motion to Enter into Closed session Iowa Code 21.5 (1) (c) To discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the government body in that litigation.
19. Motion to come out of closed session.
20. Motion & proposal on the actions to be taken from closed session.
