A Quorum was declared present.

Motion by Nolte, second by Thompson to approve agenda.

4. Action Item #117 – Facilities Master Plan & Shive-Hattery, Architecture and Engineering 

Motion by Thompson, second by Phillips to approve the dates and locations, and presentation information for hosting public information meetings for the bond referendum planned for March 7, 2023 and to set a Board Meeting for January 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M.
