Belle Plaine was 7 of 39 for field goals, 2 of 15 for three-pointers, and 5 of 11 for free throws. They had 26 rebounds, four assists, four steals, four blocks, 21 turnovers and seven fouls. With six points each were Keaton Parrott and Brooks DeMeulenaere. Jax Stamp had seven rebounds. Wyatt Kuch had three assists.

Lynnville-Sully was 25 of 61 for field goals, 10 of 29 for three-pointers and 5 of 10 for free throws. They had 48 rebounds, 20 assists, 14 steals, one block, 11 turnovers and no fouls. Mitchell Milelr had 13 for LS.

Belle Plaine girls’ basketball

Benton Community girls’ basketball

Benton 16 of 36 for field goals, 10 of 16 for three-pointers and 9 of 10 for free throws. They had 27 rebounds, 12 assists, four steals, three blocks, 11 turnovers and 11 fouls. Jenna Twedt had 25 points, with 4 of 6 shooting for three-pointers. Emma Townsley had seven rebounds and five assists. Twedt had two steals. Piper Nelson had two blocks.

CCA was 14 of 42 for field goals, 0 of 13 for three-pointers and 8 of 14 for free throws. They had 22 rebounds, six assists, three steals, five blocks, seven turnovers and eight fouls. Ava Locklear had 18 for CCA.

Benton Community boys’ basketball

The Bobcats were 27 of 67 for field goals, 5 of 21 for three-pointers and 10 of 15 for free throws. They had 31 rebounds, eight assists, 12 steals, three blocks, nine turnovers and 11 fouls. Evan Daugherty had 22 points for Benton. Easton Patterson had 10. With seven rebounds each were Lane Kaestner and Blake Daugherty. Patterson had four steals. With one block each were Cael Kaestner, Patterson and Derek Steffen.

Clear Creek Amana was 28 of 57 for field goals, 3 of 17 for three-pointers and 6 of 12 for free throws. They had 30 rebounds, 11 assists, six steals, four blocks, 15 turnovers and 13 fouls. Ethan Vice led CCA with 25 points.
