Polling locations for bond referendum at Benton Community

The Facility Improvement Bond Referendum Vote for Benton Community School District will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Elections are administered through the county auditors office and not by the school district. Patrons will need to go to their county polling locations as explained below.

Benton County 

Each county has provided us with polling locations where patrons will vote. It is important for patrons to seek information in official newspapers regarding voting and elections. Benton County Auditor’s office reported they will publish official voting information in the Vinton Eagle, Cedar Valley Times, and The Gazette.

If you live in Benton County, your polling locations on the interactive map are shown in red. Gina Edler, Benton County Deputy Auditor in Vinton, states that Benton County registered voters must vote at their normal precincts. If you have questions and live in Benton County please contact the Auditor’s Office at 319-472-2365.

Polls will be open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Iowa County 

Each county has provided us with polling locations where patrons will vote. It is important for patrons to seek information in official newspapers regarding voting and elections. Iowa County Auditor’s office reported they will publish official voting information in the Hometown Current the week of February 19, 2023.

This interactive map indicates polling locations depending on which county you live in. 

If you live in Iowa County, your polling locations on the interactive map is shown in green. As per Sara Fricke and Brady Enochson, Iowa County Auditor’s Office in Marengo, the polling location will be 2725 K Street, Middle Amana Fire Station. If you have questions, please contact the auditor’s office at 319-642-3923.

Polls will be open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Tama County 

Each county has provided us with polling locations where patrons will vote. It is important for patrons to seek information in official newspapers regarding voting and elections. Tama County Auditor’s office has reported they will publish official voting information in the Tama/Toledo News Chronicle. 

This interactive map indicates polling locations depending on which county you live in. 

If you live in Tama County, your polling locations on the interactive map is shown in purple. As per Karen Rohrs, Tama County Auditor’s Office in Toledo, the polling location will be at the Elberon Community Building, 106 Main Street,  Elberon, Iowa.  If you have questions, please contact the auditor’s office at 641-484-2740.
