1. Call to Order 

Meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. 

Board Members Present: Emily Upah, Roy Becker, Matt Nolte, Theresa Thompson and Cynthia Phillips. 

Also Present: Over 40 community members, Dr. Ewell and Dr. Bieschke. 

2. Action Item 155 – Approve Agenda 

Motion by Upah, second by Thompson to approve the agenda. 

MOTION CARRIED ALL MEMBERS PRESENT VOTING AYE 

3. Work Session 

Discussion and presentation of the facilities improvement plan. 

Questions and responses with community members 

4. Action Item 156 – Adjournment 

Motion by Nolte, second by Phillips to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 p.m.
