Special budget meeting of the Norway City Council was called to order by Mayor Bruce Volz at 5:15 PM. Roll Call – Present: Robby Miller, Kelly Luedtke, & Karson Kuester. Absent: Kevin Frese, & Ron Miller

Motion to accept agenda and minutes presented made by Kuester and seconded by Luedtke. Motion carried, 3-0.

Motion to set the Max Levy Public hearing for February 13th 2023 at 5:00pm at the Norway Public Library/City Hall made by Luedtke and seconded by Kuester. Motion carried, 3-0.

Ron Miller joined the meeting at 5:43pm.

A budget workshop was conducted.

Motion to adjourn at 6:15pm made by Robby Miller and seconded by Luedtke. Motion carried 4-0.
