You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business is at the discretion of the Chair. The audio portion of this meeting may be recorded.

   d. List of Bills for Approval
4. Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG_DR) Grant
   a. Resolution 2023-03-04 A resolution authorizing execution of a contract with East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) for community development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG_DR) Grant Administration and Project Delivery Services.
   b. Resolution 2023-03-05 A resolution adopting a policy on the use of excessive force for the CDBG_DR Grant Program
   c. Resolution 2023-03-06 A resolution adopting required policies for CDBG Funding.
5. Budget – Fiscal Year Ending 2024 (FYE 24)
   a. Resolution 2023-03-07 A resolution setting a public hearing date and authorizing notice of publication for FYE 2024 Budget.
