NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING. The Mayor and Council welcome comments from the public during the public input time. You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business is at the discretion of the Chair. The audio portion of this meeting may be recorded.

4. Auditor of State Invoice:
   a. Resolution 2023-04-06 Approving payment for Auditing Services of the Auditor of State for Fiscal Year Ending 2020 Annual Exam, Fiscal Year 2021 Annual Exam, and Special Report.
5. Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG_DR) Grant
   a. Resolution 2023-04-02 Authorizing Mayor to into an agreement with Iowa Economic Development Authority Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG_DR) Program.
   d. Acknowledging Receipt of Environmental Review Requirements for the CDBG_DR Grant
   c. Acknowledging Receipt of Developer’s Requirements of Green Streets Best Practices and Common Failures document.
6. Sanitary and Storm Sewer Services for Cleaning, Root Cutting, Video Camera, and Root Treatment Work.
   a. Engineer Recommendation for Award and Review of Bid Tabs
   b. Resolution 2023-04-03 Awarding contract with Ken-Way to provide Sanitary and Storm Sewer Services for Cleaning, Root, Cutting, Video Camera, and Roo Treatment Work.
7. Water Tower Maintenance Project.
   a. Engineer Recommendation for Award and review of Bid Tabs
   b. Resolution 2023-04-04 Awarding contract to provide Water Tower Maintenance Project in the amount of $76,660
8. Budget Amendment – Fiscal Year Ending 2023 (FYE 23)
   a. Resolution 2023-04-05 setting public hearing date.
9. Budget – Fiscal Year Ending 2024 (FYE 24)
   a. Acknowledging Receipt of Administrator’s FYE 2024 Budget Recommendation.
   b. Public Hearing regarding FYE 2024 Budget
   c. Resolution 2023-04-07 Adopting budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 – Ending June 30, 2024 (FYE 24) for the City of Atkins, Iowa.
