Directors Present: Directors Nolte, Schanbacher, Thompson and Werning.
A quorum was declared present. Also present: Dr Bieschke, Anna Selk and Melisa Venneman.

ACTION ITEM #136 – DELEGATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS
Add additional hires and a resignation.
Motion by Werning, second by Nolte, to approve the addition of consent agenda items.

ACTION ITEM #137 – CONSENT AGENDA

Payment for work completed thus far by Foreman Construction LLC on front entry work.
