Board Members Present: Sam Hunter, Derrick Parker, Dan Hill, Becky Van Wey, Randy Scheel
Staff Present: Ethan Hennings, Shelby Williams, Cecilia Dirks, Zach Parmater
Board of Supervisors: Tracy Seeman

1. Call to Order at 5:32 pm by Scheel
2. Discuss/Action Approve Agenda — Motion to approve by Parker, seconded by Hunter. All aye, motion
   passed.
3. Guests or public participation (kept to a maximum of 3 minutes, the Board will not take any action on
   public comments at this meeting but may do so in future meetings).
4. Discuss/Action Consent Agenda: Motion to approve by Hunter, seconded by Parker. All aye, motion
   passed.
   a. Approve minutes from last regular meeting
   b. Approve Conservation and IRM expenditures and revenues
   c. Receive and file activity report
5. Business:
   a. Discuss/Action – Equestrian
   b. Discuss/Action – Budget Amendment – Hill motioned to move forward with budget amendment
   for Rodgers Well and Hannen Septic seconded by Van Wey. All aye, motion passed.
   c. Discuss/Action – Spray Agreement – Hill motioned to approve invasive species treatment
   agreement, seconded by Parker. All aye, motion passed.
