COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 6:00pm.
Roll Call members present: Andresen, Janss, Monson and Stoner. Absent: Bruns
Also Present: Jamey Clemann, City Superintendent, Amy and Andrew Kuennen, Logan Heishman, Alyssa Stein- back, Keystone Residents.
Mayor Kevin Rohrer called the meeting to order. Motion made by Monson, sec-ond by Stoner to approve the July 2026 minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.
July 2026 treasurer reports was tabled.
Amy and Andrew Kuennen addressed council regarding interest in purchasing lots 12 and 16 in W Franzenburg addition and with plans to construct home on one parcel. Motion made by Janss, second by Andresen to approve building permit for Logan Heishman to erect a 24X20 detached garage on his property at 114 2nd Avenue. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Janss, second by Stoner to approve Resolution 8-1-26 Amendment to W Franzenburg Addition Covenant allowing subdivison in Outlot A. Motion carried. All vote aye.
Motion made by Stoner, second by Janss to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. All voted aye.
