City Council Regular Meeting
August 10th, 2026 – 6:00 PM

Mayor Boddicker opened the regular meeting at 6:00 PM.

Roll Call: Council Present: Cross, Messner, Rinderknecht, Seeck, Slouha

Approval of the Agenda: Motion by Seeck, 2nd by Messner approving the agenda, all present aye, motion carried.

Public Forum: Mart Campbell had questions about the Code of Ordinances book hearing, explained we will be working on the book at another time.

Public Works: Kenway is here to camera the sewer, will bring to council if anything is found.

Mayor/Zoning: Working on deed packet for city owned property being purchased.

Fire/First Responders: Air packs were delayed until September 1.

Consent Agenda and Bill Consent: Motion by Messner, 2nd by Slouha to approve the minutes of July 27th, 2026, and bills totaling $26,103.23, all present yes, motion carried.
