COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
September 17, 2026 6:00 pm

A special meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:00pm. Roll Call members present: Bruns, Janss, and Monson. Absent: Andresen and Stoner. 

Mayor Kevin Rohrer called the meeting to order. Motion made by Monson, second by Janss, to approve Resolution 09-03-26 City Bank Resolution for the Keystone Savings Bank. Angie Hagen, Deputy Clerk and Kevin Rohrer, Mayor remain as authorized signers. Jeff Bruns, Mayor Pro Tem and Amy Pace, City Clerk shall be added as authorized signers. Kathy Janss, Council Member shall be removed as an authorized signer. Motion carried. All voted aye. 

Motion made by Andresen, second by Janss, to approve Resolution 09-04-26 appointing Dana Seeck and Jonny Becker to the First Responder Board. Motion carried. All voted aye. Motion made by Janss, second by Monson, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. All voted aye. 

The next meeting is set for Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 6 pm.
