NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING. The Mayor and Council welcome comments from the public during the public hearing and public input time. You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business is at the discretion of the Chair. The audio portion of this meeting may be recorded.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call by Mayor Bruce Visser.
2. Approve the agenda.
3. Approve the Council minutes of March 15, 2021.
4. Conduct a Public Hearing concerning the Proposed City Budget for Fiscal Year July
   1, 2021 – June, 2022 (FY22) for the City of Atkins.
5. The meeting Chair opens the public hearing
6. Accept written comments.
7. Accept oral comments. Oral comments are limited to 3 minutes.
8. Chair closes the public hearing.
9. Motion to adopt RESOLUTION 845 ADOPT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2021 – ENDING JUNE 30, 2022 (FY22) FOR THE CITY OF ATKINS, IOWA.
10. Motion to adopt RESOLUTION 846 APPOINTMENT TO FILL CITY COUNCIL VACANCY FOR THE CITY OF ATKINS, IOWA.
11. Motion to approve the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the City of Atkins audit.
12. Motion to adopt RESOLUTION 847 APPROVING INTERIM CITY CLERK EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
13. Public input for items not on the Agenda. Comments are limited to 3 minutes.
    10.Set next Regular Council Meeting to be held Monday April 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm, at City Hall Council Room, 480 3rd Avenue, Atkins Iowa. Due to the Governors Declared State of Emergency the Council meeting may be conducted using teleconference. Meeting agenda will include instructions to access the meeting.
