6. Council Action
   a. Quote addition to Rabe Hardware quote for concession stand
   b. Benton Community would like to install LP tank outside of bus barn
   c. Financial distribution of funds
   d. Alley in between 5th and 6th Avenue and 1st and 2nd Street
   I. Discuss Options
   II. Temporary embargo with a weight restriction of 1000 lbs.
   III. Publish a resolution of vacate
   e. Bids for bump out beautification maintenance
