NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 9:30 A.M., in the Conference Room, located at the Benton County Service Center, 811 D Ave, Vinton, Iowa to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property: A part of the Southwest One-Fourth (SW1/4) of the Southeast One-Fourth (SE1/4) of Sec 23, T85N, R9, West of the 5th P.M.

The purpose of the request is to change the status of the approximate two (2) acres to a non-agricultural use. Specifically: for a residential use.
