BLAIRSTOWN COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS –November 14, 2022

The regular meeting of the Blairstown City Council was held Monday, November 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Metz, Becker, Mokas and Hagen. Absent: Davidson.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve the Agenda as read. All Ayes.

Motion made by Hagen, seconded by Metz to approve the October 10th minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Mokas to approve the October Financial Reports. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve the following submitted and added bills and Ambulance Crew payments. All Ayes.

Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 22-12: AFR Approval. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve Resolution 22-13: Street Finance Report Approval. All Ayes.

Motion made by Hagen, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 22-14: Urban Renewal Report Approval. All Ayes

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Mokas to approve the employee handbook. All Ayes.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
