NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, July 7^th, 2026, at 9:15 A.M. in the Conference Room, at the Benton County Service Center, located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA, to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural use on the following generally described property: A part of the Northeast (NE) 1/4 of the Northeast (NE) 1/4 and the Northwest (NW) 1/4 of the Northeast (NE) 1/4 Sec 16, T83N, R11, West of the 5^th P.M.

The purpose of the request is to change the status of approximately 6.26 acres to non-agricultural use. Specifically: For residential use.

The applicant is: Randy Patten

You may appear if you so desire either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed change of land use, or you may submit written comments.
