NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING. The Mayor and Council welcome comments from the public during
the public input time. You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to
present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business is at the
discretion of the Chair. The audio portion of this meeting may be recorded.

4. Resolution 901 Approving Library Board recommendation to establish Pamela Duball as Atkins
   Library Director.
5. Resolution 902 Approving a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the Benton Community
   School District and the City of Atkins.
6. Resolution 903 Approving the Atkins Holiday Light Parade and Fireworks.
7. Resolution 904 Approving Pay Request 11 to Garling Construction related to Storm Damage repairs.

11. Set Date for City Council workshop – Goal Setting FYE 2023 Budget
