WORK SESSION – ATKINS ELEMENTARY 

1. Call to Order – 12:08 p.m. 

Directors Present: Nolte, Phillips, Upah and Werning 

A Quorum was declared present. 

Also Present: Rod Kubichek, Frank Parris, Melody Spence, Pat Gorkow, Doug Boddicker, Samantha Petersen, Bruce Visser, Angie Hagen, Erin Monaghan, Pat Stepanek, Kristie Reagan, Jason West, Dr. Bieschke and Dr. Ewell. 

2. Action Item #93 – Approval of Agenda 

Motion by Phillips, second by Nolte to approve agenda as presented.

ALL MEMBERS PRESENT VOTING AYE 

3. Information – Facilities Master Plan and Capital Improvements 

 Kristi Reagan shared information and updates on the Head Start Program 

 Dr. Ewell gave an update on the facilities work. 

4. Mayor’s Meeting 

Tour of Atkins Elementary led by Jason West. 

5. Action Item #94 – Adjournment 

Motion by Nolte, second by Upah to adjourn.
